| i followed http://smartlaunch.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=8&nav=0,5
every-time i open any smartlaunch application i get "Smartlaunch client has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." "If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost"
i went and changed the shell to explorer.exe but my desktop items will not come back up. Thank you for reading my message. Respond fast please! |

| There is a disableclient executable in client installation folder. If you able to access it just run it and it will disable the client and restore tha shell.

| i ran client.exe -d
i ran disableclient.exe
in safemode,
in safemode with command prompt
in normal.
same every everytime
