First off, my store has no issues with most LAN games. However, these two games give us some problems.

Sometimes people don't have any trouble seeing one another's LAN games, but other times it just doesn't work. A customer will host a game and no one can see it, regardless of filters. This just doesn't happen with other popular LAN games.

Any ideas?

This can happen because of yor network equipment. Try using another network switch as some switches dose not work with udp traffic very well.
