Is there a way to manually remove time from a users account? Its easy to add time at no cost by using the custom price field, but there doesnt seem to be a way to actually just take time away. I can sort of do it with paid for time by removing credit, but when we are trying to remove free hours from an account it doesnt seem to be possible.

It used to be "end user's session" function but it no longer does it after the last update.Now all you can do is void transaction.

What we Always do for all day passes and such with temporary time, is we add the time separately at $0 and just delete it at the end of the day from there account.

For time that expires, like a day pass we set it to expire after 1 day when we build the package on the server.  We also set our day pass to start at a specified time.  For example the day pass is is good from 12:00PM to 12:00AM.  The package adds 12 hours to there account, the time starts at 12:00PM, so if they log in at 1:00PM it gives them 11 hours so they will always run out of time at 12:00AM no matter when they log in.  In my case the expire time in one day option is just overkill because the time will already be gone.  All of these options are in the server when setting up packages.

My boss tried to get this to work when he first opened 2 years ago, he couldn't make it work.
I tried to setup a test case a few weeks ago and couldn't seem to get it to work.

I just tried again by changing some of the settings for the test-offer.
It seemed to add the correct amount of time, and it seems to be deducting it even though they are not logged in... BUT its
not deducting the correct amount of time, ie Continuous subtracting of time.

Offer (TestOffer_AllDayPassMon7pm_wTime)
- 7:00:00pm to 11:59:99pm -- Schedule for allowed usage - (Test for tonight)
- 300 Minutes
- Priority:{10}
- Expires after, 1 Day

Please Note as a test case, the "G2 TestOffers" account has zero time and is locked before I added the test offer.
Also Please Note, the account has No Transactions of any kind on it yet, as it is for testing offers.

EDIT1:
Strike that last comment about continuous subtraction... It looks like it re-calculates the time left every 5 to 10 minutes.
EDIT2:
at 11:29:??pm, it changed from 35mins left to 31mins, correct.
at 11:34:??pm, it changed from 31mins left to 26mins.
EDIT3:
All the time did run dry. but does this work too if you put more time on then is needed for the allotted Schedule?
Also if a person buys the offer before.

As another test case, I changed settings to

Offer (TestOffer_AllDayPassMon7pm_wTime)
- 4:30:00am to 5:30am -- Schedule for allowed usage - (Test for early morning)
- 120 Minutes
- Priority:{10}
- Expires after, 1 Day

Please Note I added offer at 4:26am prior to the start time account was opened, BUT no time was added.

EDIT4:
Its now 4:33am and the offer never activated... no time added.
Strike that after I went back and and was going to and deleted that offer I noticed the 2 Hours an the account... Weird.
I'll try again.

Tried, added it before the start time. It adds the full time in this case 120 Minutes, but does not subtract any time at all.
Its now 6:18am, and the time is still on the test account.
