| | I've been seeing inreasing amount of users getting this problem. They type in their username and password and press enter and then they get stuck at a loading 15% screen and the only way i've been able to solve this problem is to manually lock their acount when they are in this state and then reopen it. this has worked so far, but i dont like to do this. |

| I've seen this for awhile as well, can't figure out what causes it, as none of our PUFs are "load at login", so I don't know what it thinks it's updating.
There are several workarounds that we try, but NONE of them work 100% of the time. The only sure-fire way to fix it is to rename/delete their account and recreate it, in which case they lose ALL their stats and history.
Things I try:
- Logout via admin, end session, login via admin.
- same as above, except put them in a different user group and then change them back once they log in
- end session several times
- any combo of the above, and have them change computers

| | We had this issue awhile ago. We use the database tool to reduce the size of our database, then restarted the server. It fixed the issue for us. |

There is more than likely a broken script running in the background. When it gets stuck at 15%, try ALT+Tabbing to see if a command box comes up. If so, see if it says anything for a hint on what's causing it, then close it to finish logging in.

| Next time the problem rises i'll try Alt+Tab and see if there is anything in the background, thou i don't think it will.
What does a database resizing involve? |

| | Bumpity bump - has anyone figured out a more consistent solution to this? I usually just delete and recreate the account, but as mentioned before, that's a hassle and screws with the user history. |

| | Have had this problem with the user having a corrupted file in their account, run a chkdisk and do a reboot. |

| I tried to manually update uVNC Viewer on a client PC and the Admins.. they would stick for a while with the tiny SL box saying "updating"
btw uVNC Viewer now has its own website, and is up to a newer version (v1.0.5.6.
SL updated uVNC Viewer to (v1.0.5.1) the last time when I found updates...

| | I've been able to get around this issue by logging the user into another PC via the admin and back into the PC they are sitting at. It's irritating, but far less involved then recreating the account. I am curious about the DB tool as well. Please add more detail!
