| Hi everyone, is there any way to contact the Smartlaunch team? I've tryed from the software and nothing works right  I've tried from the support and nothing works I've tried from the website and nothing works ...The big problem is that I have already paid in full for 20 licenses by credit card and still nothing!! Every time I've made a transaction I got answers within a few hours (if not in a few minutes) but this time no one or nothing showed up!! Then I payed more attention to the website and noticed it's quite abbandoned since manuals and other things are old... My error was to just download the demos without reading nothing, then with my partners we thought it was the best software and just bought it without any precautions!! And now they're gonna kill me!! All I get is some error messages from their server... Please tell me I've not been busted in some of those fake phishing-like sites!! Now I came here to check and found out that people is still posting so it may be some sort of error by Smartlaunch, can anyone give me some contacts please? Is there a (working...) way to contact these people? Do they show up in this forum or it's just customers? And mostly, anyone bought this program recently? Is it possible they closed up and didn't say anything? Damn that's not a good start... I hope they only got problems on their servers! Please anyone help me, we have to open up our gc in a few days and still no management software!! I hope I didn't mess it all up or they're going to kill me for sure!! P.s: Anyone from Italy?

| | Don't panic, I'm sure they are still there, allthou they have been hard to reach lately, but supposedly due to a new version in the making. I haven't had any problem contacting the license server lately. And I would say that you haven't bought a neither a phony, or bad piece of software for managing your cafe  And yes, they do occasionally write here some of them.

Don't panic, I'm sure they are still there, allthou they have been hard to reach lately, but supposedly due to a new version in the making. I haven't had any problem contacting the license server lately. For a long moment I thought I'd been screwed... Anyways my problem is not that I had problems connecting to the server, it's that they still haven't sent me anything like a license, username/password or else... If I had ideas that it would have take more than a day to activate me I would have bought it before!! Usually this things work fully automatically and you get back replyes in a few seconds, that's why I got worried! Do you know an email where i can write to? Because on the website there's no way to contact them, and btw is really bad structured imho... can't find contact mails, support messaging do not work, ticket opening do not work, contact from sl admin do not work... let's hope it's like you say that they're all working to the new version!! And btw, when will be the new version out? Will it be a patch or a brand new program to reinstall? And most important, will it be free? Where I can find infos about this version? Thank you for your help (and comfort...), see ya!

| | Well, none of know pretty much anything besides... that they "should be" working on this new version, and thats the excuse for the lack of bugfixes, support, global warming etc etc atm. Last thing I read about the new version, was that they would post info about it late april, ehem... yeah. I did write to them myself a month or 2 ago, but haven't gotten any answer to that either, so I'm not very sure how to get a hold of anyone in there atm tbh.

| | Thank god someone answered me! (btw, I've tried many times to reply but always got kicked... I believe they got some serious communications problem!!) Anyways, I got a 30 days trial because of some problems on their server... I hope I'd get my (already paid in full...) full license before it runs out... Btw, SL seems to work fine, haven't tried the license management yet cause did get how to set it... I believe many of the problems we got comes from it tough... AND from the image mounting, but I haven't test it deeply as 2 seconds after the first problems I decided to use no cd cracks for all my games. Anyone knows if I can get any problem using nocd cracks when joining online servers? I mean, I got Call of Duty 4, UT3, Rainbow Six Vegas 2, swat 4 etc all cracked with it but with their original serials used to install, do you guys ever had any problems joining a server? Of course every time a new patch comes out I'll have to find a new ones but that's no big deal against a disc filled with a hundred game images... Thanx for the replys, bye!

Assuming I can find nocds for all my games (as I did...), my question was: do you know if I can get banned, kicked i.e. by punkbuster etc. if I use nocds? Being more specific, I run CoD4 and you only need nocd to play single player, of course I got original serials (btw, anyone found out how to hide it? It's too easy to steal it!!), but when I join MP servers on-line, will they kick/ban/curse me for not having the original .exe or they just focus on checking the serial and seeing it's original they let me play without any issue? p.s.: Oleg it's IMPOSSIBLE to contact you guys at SL... Is there a way I can get in touch with Henrik or anyone else from customer's "care" to find out when I can get my full licenses?

| As far as i remember the only game that can ban you is the Warcraft 3 but not for cracks or no cds, it will ban you if you try to logon to battlenet with wrong cd key or if cheating tools detected.
I will ask our techs to look at it as i might miss some other games that might behave same way 
Now regarding the second question i can say that you can contact us at any moment from 9:00 to 21:00 GMT 2+ at our offices
The thing is that we are simply representing Smartlaunch Denmark here in Greece so we dont have any responisbilities or control over this at all.
We going to have an announcement next week regarding our position and view on all this as our frustration and disappointment is on the same level with you

not even one problem with blacklisting because of nocd usage here in any game...
