Last week I opened a Cyber Cafe in Luanda, capital city of Luanda. I selected Smartlaunch 4.1 as the software to manage my business.
I installed the Smartlaunch Server and Administrator software on a server operated by the Windows 2003 Server R2 and bough an EPSON TM-U220 Printer plus a Cash Drawer connected to the EPSON POS printer with a RJ-11 cable.
However I am facing problems both with the printer and the cash drawer: while the printer does not print the text at the right margin of the receipt (which results in NO PRICES on the receipt!), the cash drawer only opened manually with the key until it got blocked and is not opening anymore.
If someone has a solution to these problems, kindly help me.

With the printer
1. Have you or can you change the margins to be smaller. This should allow you to see the writing that is missing from the RHS of the page.
Does the printer still print even if you can't access the cash draw?
With the cash draw...is it pluged in computer - printer - cash draw or are the printer and cash draw on seperate lines. If its the first have you tried without the printer attached?
1. Check to see that the cable if in both ends are in correctly. If so have you tried a different cable.
2. With the key not opening it anymore you could have a blockage from something in the runner or in the rear spring or latch that is jamming it up. Had that problem once at work and once I got the draw open I noticed I had placed to much under the coin section which made the plastic dividers touch the top of the case itself
Other than that I'd have to say sorry can't help
