Hi there how is every one

Please can some one tell me where can i find the setup for the gizmo software.

i have a network of 200 computers will it help me to update games.

Secondally is there any option to update windows as well from this software.

LAst thing please tell me do i get info about that which game has a update i mean it automatically can check the updates for mentioned games in it.

Personal User Files (Missing Features)

We are in process of researching the features of Personal User Files / Personal Storage in Gizmo and wanted to open a discussion with you on that matter.
Here is the list of extra options that will be available in Gizmo.

Compression
Enables the compression per PUF
Compression Level
This will set the level of compression per PUF
Activation
This configures the when the PUF will be activated (transfered from server)
Deactivation
This configures the when the PUF will be activated (transfered from server)
Both Activation and Deactivation will have the following modes.
On Login
On Logout
On Application Start
On Application Exit
Paths
It will be possible to specify multiple paths in one PUF configuration
Include Exclude Directoy , Include Exclude Directories Filters
Quota
It will be possible to set maximum PUF file size
Personal User Files Management
Users will be able to manage their PUFs located on server allowing them to delete or modify their files if max quota reached
PUF Share
Users will be able to share their progress and achivments with others
Mass Actions
Deletion,Insertion,Modification of PUFs

This is just few things we thought of for now. We are very opened to your suggestions and comments.

No updates

Hi all.
We just wanted to inform you that we feel sorry that there was no real updates recently in any part of the project.
Of course that dosent mean that there is no work going on. We currently finishing some very important tasks and doing reasearch in different areas.

With that i would like to inform you that we will release Skin Engine Preview 2 in few weeks and we advice you to have the .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

Skin Engine 1 Preview problems

We had reports about problems with video and audio playback in first demo.
The problem might occour if you dont have media player 11 installed.
Also with some lan cards the Data transfer gadget has a high cpu usage but there currently no solution for that.

We would like to announce that we have decided to fully integrate all the features available in the Smartlaunch Client into Gizmo.
Gizmo Desktop (Gizmo Pro) will be an alternative to the Smartlaunch Client and can be used as plug-in or standalone application. We have been assured by Smartlaunch Denmark that the all necessary will be done to have the best interoperation of Gizmo and Smartlaunch. This means that features like License Management , Personal User Files , Applications Menu ,Skinning Support etc will be developed to be available in final version of Gizmo.
So it should be now clear that the Gizmo module is intended to replace the Smartlaunch Client.

Gizmo Skinning Engine

We will release the Gizmo Skinning Engine preview in two weeks and wanted to start a discussion related to skinning features.
We would like to ear what is the most important features is for you. For example an easy way to have a logo on a skin without even modifying it or ability to change colour themes or backgrounds. We don’t want to repeat the history with Smartlaunch client and want to make it as painless and feature rich is possible. Your word is our command ;)

Gizmo is a software set that will change the way the game centers manage their application and generally software installation and maintenance.
This will also allow end users to benefit from the use of Gizmo by getting the latest game versions on their machines in a snap of a finger. And of course they will have tone of game related features right before them.
