2 quick questions about SL4

How do I subtract time from a user's account?

How do i retreive/ change a user's account password if he/ she forgets it?

And answer to those 2 questions would be greatly appreciated.

Making my Computer go back to Normal

i installed Smart Launch server, administrator, clients, ( i was just trying it cause when i get older I'm going to have an Cyber cafe) i uninstalled it and now i can't shut down or get the task manger and my documents ( now i know why i couldn't access it before cause of the Smart Launch client) now i have uninstalled it now. why hasn't it returned back to normal

Hi,
Im a UNI student doing a project on my local Internet cafe which is using your product to manage its facilities, the project involves analysing the capacities of the links within the organisation. One of the components required to analyse the links accurately is the amount of data rate that smart launch requires to function normally, I was wondering if you would be able to tell me how much traffic is generated using the smart launch application between server and a client? and then between server and Admin console? I have tried looking for this information on your website and also support material but cannot find any information about the amount of data rate that is generated with using the application

Net Use/U: Drive/Installing Programs

I have a machine that is working fine for SL and all games are being played no problem.

However, when I try to install some games I get an error Invalid U: Drive. To solve the problem and install the game/program, I have to create a virtual drive u: shared to some folder on the server.

The game installs and runs fine.

I'm hoping some Windows GURU can lead me in the right direction to fix this.

Here's what I've done to try fix it;

1. Removed all Net use shares NET USE * /DELETE
2. Created a new NET USE for the U: drive with Persisistent YES
3. Rebooted the machine.

nothing has worked thus far!!

Help... ;)

My system takes much time while loading smartlaunch client

Heres my client specs

AMD 64 3000+
512 MB DDR
256 MB GEFORCE 6200

Is there any prob wit RAM ??
