Every time i sell time its added to my members total time, he uses some of his time then leave i void the transaction in the quick transaction list then and the sale is gone
even after the account is down to 0min! !

i dont want my employees voiding anything plus i cant see what was voided to begin with its not in the report!! WHY NOT im not running a mom and pop
cafe here i do want to hire people knowing they cant steal from me

I just noticed when i click my home country the price for 20 clients is around 800 euro BUT..
when i click on a country like Afghanistan it cost around 400 euro!

As the Tech ops in a Lan center, I am currently unhappy with our current software's lack of a native 64bit client. I have several 64bit capable machines running 32bit right now (and wasting 2+gb of the 6gb installed) that I am looking to use to their full potential. I am not interested in 32bit, other than game compatibility, but I have XP32 machines for that.

So my simple question is: Is Smartlaunch capable of running natively (no hacks or tricks) in Windows Business / Ultimate 64bit?

i have start work at this net cafe which has been using SL 4.1.319. the problem occured when the printer went out of order and all the paper reports of shift end cash were not printed. can anyone help me to get those reports again.. i mean the ones that were supoose to be printed at the end of shift.

EMERGENCY support tickets can take up to 72 hours to get any reply, support tickets logged at other levels are ignored completely very often or no satisfactory attempt to solve the problem is given. 99% of the problems I have had in implementing this NIGHTMARE of a piece of software have had to be fixed by me due to a lack of support.

I really cannot see why this product is so popular, it is a nightmare to get running properly, has totally inadequate help files and documentation, has no UK based telephone technical support, has a completely inadequate support system which simply does not work, shall I go on?!

Were having a problem here with adding time to users, when we add e.g. +1 hour to a users account the time just isnt there. I am currently in the process of re-installing SL, after having backed up user profiles and other data i thought was nessesary. In the mean time if anyone has any suggestions or experience with this, id appreciate the help.

Server cannot authorise Licences

My cafe has been open for about 19 days now, and SL Server is still telling me my licences are let to be authorised! I sent in a support ticket and was told that it was all authorised, but my server refuses to believe so! Need a response urgently, it would be catastrophic if I was limited to three licences in the middle of trying to run a business!
