The idea it's that they could be here for some time, go out and come back on the same day to get the cheaper price on their game hours.

We try using the SessionExpiresAfterHours line on the ini file for server for expire the uses sessions afte 12 hour of inactivity. The problem it's that that command it's only restarting the price scheme for the ours they buy after the 12 hour of inactivity, but the time they have on the account it's not expiring.

For example; if a customers comes today and buy 3hr, SL auto detect that he have 4hr on the account (remember the 4hr we are giving for free) If he goes away after 3hr, SL kepp saying that he have 1hr on the account. After 12 hr, SL performes the account update status and restart the cost per hour, but the 1hr remain on their account and shouldn't be because that 1hr for free it's only a reward for being 4hrs on the store on the same day.

We need that SL really performe a complete End Session routine after the 12hr of inactivity and not only restart the cost per hour.

If there is something confusing whit what I was exposing upset, please ask. Hope we can have and update on this soon.

ErrorReport:: SL-Server (v4.1.319.0): Major Memory Leak??!!!

Current Versions
Smartlaunch Admin (v4.1.319)
Smartlaunch Client (v4.1.321)
Smartlaunch Server (v4.1.319)
Server: Microsoft Windows Server2003 R2 SP2
Client: Microsoft Windows XP (x86) SP2

Bug Description
------------------------------------------------------------------
WHOO!!!!!!! If I close the admin and restart it, it's ok until next time it happens. After it happens once, the users time on his window appears as in the screenshot, that goes for whatever account I open after it occurs.

It's only a matter of appearance of what I can figure. Yet will not work with a clean install of x86 Vista Business SP1 or x86 Vista Ultimate SP1. We have run all windows updates, flash 10 update, shockwave 11 update, as well as verified .Net 1.0/2.0/3.0/3.5 updates were applied. Google only returns results relating to Visual basic programming errors and require the lines to be corrected and recompiled in the recommended fixes. Which obviously I cannot do. I'm curious as to why this issue is happening in the first place. Been waiting weeks for SL support to assist with no luck. Any suggestions anyone?

We are playing with Vista migration on a selection few clients to ensure compatibility and stability with our software/clients a few machines at a time.

All games seem to work fine, just SL that doesn't seem to want to load.

Not that it is relevant but here is the systems specs:

Intel Core2Duo e6600

Intel P965/ICH8DH Motherboard chipset (latest drivers)

3GB DDR2 800 memory

Seagate 500GB Sata-II 32mb hd

BFG nvidia 280GTX OC 1GB w/180.84 beta drivers (I have tried all current 170 series drivers just in case no effect...)

600w rosewill psu (not a crash issue due to insufficient power games work fine.)

No sound card and no network card, integrated ones are used.

Any help would be appreciated... We have 12 machines we decided to do a clean install on since the upgrade worked perfectly, that are now door stops and causing us to lose money. It takes us 4 days to install 317 games and the various additional applications/patches etc on 12 machines. We have all games on the systems and patched and ready to go, only need SL to be working. Please this is critical, thanks for the assistance.
ErrorReport::PC8 (v4.1.320.0): Error when Steam exited. I do not use the standard installers for most games, and so their normal registry structure is sometimes not setup. This would not be a big deal, however, we usually press enter to complete a charge. While the window is still open if you press enter more than once the charge gets duplicated! We had to roll back to the previous version, but has anyone else noticed this issue?

OS: Windows XP Professional

All user PUFs keep getting reset !!!!!

Hi We have suddenly got a problem with all our user profiles for games reseting.
