| General Guidelines To make a bug report as good as possible there are a few steps you need to follow: - Always include your Smartlaunch version, OS version and other installed software which may cause problems such as software firewalls.
- Be precise! If possible write what you did prior to the bug you just experienced. Writing something like "Smartlaunch crashed. Help!" won't leave us a chance to re-produce the problem and solve it.
- If you receive an error box you may include the contents of this, but the actions you did before the error is highst priority.
